where's the best place to buy a spare wheel under slung cage for a 58 plate zafira

I'm sure it'll be a fairly standard wheel fitted to a lot of them. So try the online scrapyard part finder things.

Edit: Someone like www.breakerlink.com although I can't remember if thats who I used in the past.

Thanks i will, why is there a problem with Zafira spare wheels, i've had cars with under sluge spares and never had one stolen before?

Vauxhall retailers can fit it at about £250

The Fitment is the same as for the original zafira tho so if you can get one from a front end write off, you may get it cheeper.

Is it the full cage with all the fittings? its about £110 for the parts not including fitting or spare wheel.

Thats what we used to charge when people wanted it on their new car from stock. So I would guess so. That was at the Vauxhall main dealer in Hemel Hempstead. Im not there anymore.

Hi There
will a space saver wheel fit my Zafira 1.9cdti (ie fit over the break callipers)or do i have to buy a full size wheel. i've phoned three local Vauxhall agents and not one could give me an answer.

Get yourself a 16" steel wheel. Thats what the Life gets and that comes in 1.9 120ps guise. Dont think the brakes are uprated on anything but the 2.0T models.
