Is a the above a worth while mod for the C20LET?
Is anyone using this one?

It doesn't say how much it weighs.. My mate has one which weighs 3.3kg ina XE, revs like a bike

Might be worth giving us the spec of the engine/gearbox and what you intend to use it for?

Engine is stated in the OP. Running EDS Phase 2 @ approx 280 BHP / 280 lbft
But being 4x4, I've been told elsewhere that a heavier F'wheel helps with momentum which when pulling away helps.

Obviously, the lightened flywheel increases 'rev-ability' and makes it faster and freer reving. On a 4x4 it would probably change the characteristics of the car, especially on pulling away quite drastically
