Putting a redtop in a Corsa

I've got a 1993 1.4 Corsa and I'm tired of always changing cars when I'm bored so I'm thinking about upgrading one instead!

What sort of BHP would I be looking at and could I get about 30mpg if I wanted to? Also how does it work with the DVLA and insurance

93's prob to old try get a newer one with a better shell. just correct the log book etc and then you can have a pre-cat test

the redtops are 150bhp standed. and are easily tuned and on a long motorway journey you could easily get 30-40 mpg.
