I have used them in the past, and would happily recommend them to anyone based on my experience.

However, I know for a fact they exaggerate their figures, probably more than any other 'big' tuner. Their dyno overreads by a good 5-10% compared to moast others. And their customer service can be hit and miss - I was welcomed back for a simple remap when my dealer wiped it during a service, but I know people who have had to resort to legal proceedings after serious issues arose.

I would imagine, for something as relatively simple as FMIC and remap, you should have no problems at all.

Thanks Parapaul appreciate that. I have ordered the FMIC from them and am picking it up friday (will fit that myself) then will return for the Phase 2 upgrade shortly after.

Hello Andy,

I run phase 3 software in my Cavalier Turbo 4x4. The intercooler supplied for their kits is not the best (8.1 litre capacity) I would say that its quality suffers not the performance it gives. The software is by EDS and you will get a modest power upgrade into your Calibra from the setup. For better performance ensure you have 3.5 bar of fuel pressure to run the setup. Also get some ARP conrod bolts for extra strength on your bottom end. Does your Calibra have a GM head or Coscast? Check the health of your Actuator and AMAL Valve too. You'll need them working in tip top condition to support your system. You get a switch with Phase 2, low boost and high boost. I used to have Phase 2 you get a variable 0.5 boost (for standard none enthusiastic driving) and when you press the switch you get a 1.0 bar of boost. Simple really.

Hope that helps.

Hi, thanks for the info. A 3.5 bar fpr does come with the PH2 kit, so that wont be a problem. I have a GM head but is showing no signs of being porus (touch wood). Will cetainly look into getting the cap bolts, amal valve seems to be ok, the actuator holds standard boost no problems and i cant move the rod at all, so seems ok. (help spring if not)
The car has only done 34K so hoping this will reflect on the power i will get from the software i.e. its not thrashed or worn at all really.
I have decided to fit the FMIC myself as its nuts n bolts basically and will save me over 2 hundred in labour. Then maybe 2-3 weeks later I will book it in with them for the ph2 kit, takes an hour so they quote.
