Hi folks, the mrs is ready for new rubber on the front of her astra vxr its got the 19s on and shes been quoted 190 squid a tyre fitted eek thats for the conti sport contact 2s. personaly ive never rated the contis,allthough they did give her 12000 miles.

has anyone fitted any other makes?

just found a price ont tinternet for goodyear eagle f1 assymetrics for 147 a piece,ive just put these on my noble and im well impressed.biggrin

any info much appreciated

Toyo T1r or Avon ZZ3 everytime here. Avons are good value for money, harder compound, last longer.

Yoki parada spec 2s are a good tyre , lots of grip and they last a while. Can usually get a good price form this lot
