vx220 turbo wipers not working

hey ive got a vx220turbo, the w/screen wipers have stopped working, checked the motor and fuse and even changed the relay....still not working.
any kind sole got any ideas???????

Have you got a multimeter? If so, check if there's any current at various points along the circuit, particularly at the wiper motor.

The motor itself would be my next guess.
