Astra ABS/ traction fault code. Help!

My missis astra, which is a 2002 52 convertible turbo model keeps intermittantly flashing the ABS & traction control light at me. I thought no problem take it into work, plug it in find fault fix it.
This is where the problems started. Came up with code co131 which i cant trace on my autodata or vauxhall tis system so hopefully someone on here will be able to give me an answer as to what it relates to.
Have also spoken to my local friendly Vx dealer who didnt know what it related to either.
I know these cars suffer with the control units leaking internally which causes problems but having not come across this code before i dont want to spend £500 for a new one without being sure.

ive found quite a few mk4 astras with abs, traction faults due to breaks in the wire between the abs sensors ( in the hub ) and the next bit of loom.

if you look under the arch you will see a bit of loom about 12inches long that plugs into the hub sensor and another plug clipped to the arch. get a continuity tester on it. or try swapping one side for the other to see if the speedo then fails.

if your speedo, abs and t/c plays up its the front left side, if just the t/c and abs playing up its the right side and usually the front

Sounds VSS related to me. As above, check speed sensors.

Ok thanks no issues with the speedo so guess not the left one ill take it into work Sat and see what i can find.
