About 30mpg with a mix of town and distance driving on my old N/A I think. Turbo cars you'd expect to be a bit worse than that. It's very good for the performance you get (I think it's probably the most economical car I've owned!), but it'll never beat a diesel.
I'd have thought it should be no worse than your Fiat tho.

£20 at 99.9p/litre returns 115 miles of highly spirited driving.
Think that works out about 26.11 MPG?
Can easily get 160-170 miles to £20 taking it easier on motorways. (37mpg)
Even if it gave 10mpg, I'd still use it everyday for the fun factor.

Mid 30's is about right for me. Motorway runs can see 40mpg if you drive miss daisy.
Remember it is an engine out of a vectra (same state of tune) in a car that weighs considerably less...
Edit to add: tank is very small and fuel gauge tempremental so constantly filling up!!

I love these "I want to buy a <insert quick & powerfull car>, whats the MPG?" questions. Who gives a.... If you have to ask I would suggest you cant afford it.
For me, I am happy when I see 20 .
Generally I agree with you but the VX is a 911 quick car you can buy and run on Astra money. For me, I am happy when I see 20 .

If you are looking at anything like this and you need to know the practical aspects you should not be buying a sports car. They are toys that can't be justified as anything other than fun. Fun costs money
Edit: I'm currently running a customised 1972 chevvy truck with an 8.5ltr V8. I'm happy if I see 5MPG

you should easily get 200miles per tank, refilling it with 30L, giving 30mpg , I get that on a very modified turbo with a lot of london traffic, and weekend fun driving
compare it to the astra vxr , 25 / 40 , and the VX is much lighter so more like 30/40

Hi, standard vx220 turbo here....I usually get 180 miles to 30 ltrs i my vxt. But last tank gave me 220. The majority of my driving is short distances and lots of town traffic too, the last figure was including much more motorway driving! usually am getting around 28mpg, but I dont drive that slowly when I can, and have got about 35mpg when trying! Hope that helps?
