Change my tires...

Hi Guys,

Can i change my tires for lower profile one's without having to change the rim ?

They're currently 175/65 R 14 82T

No - I think you will have to change the rim. If you don't your speedomter will be inaccurate.

if you changed to a 55 profile it would hardly change the speedo reading at all if any. 2-3% difference maybe.

i got 6% with the above calculator... I don't think i'll bother. just put the cash i would have spent on them into my new car fund !
