Vauxhall Astravan Rear Wiper

any one know how to adjust the wiper on the astravan? its not the newest shape but the one below.

at the moment it sits lower then it should (ie, not horizontal)

i took the cover off and undid the bolt but it would not budge!

any one got any tips?

undo the nut and pull like jo fk then it will move
