Electrical problem.

Hi all, I have a problem witht e electrics on my Astra coupe, Yesterday when i was out driving i stopped and turned th eignition off, when i started it again i lost the radio, I have checked the radio fuse and it appears to be NOT blown. This is not so much of a problem, but the more worrying problem is that this also meant the time and temp display stayed illuminated when i turned the ignition off, meaning i had a flat battery after leaving it overnight.

Has anyone come across this before and/or know what it is and what i can do to solve it?
