VX220 Turbo Brake System

Advice needed please. I Have just completed the rebuild of Cat D Write Off. New crash stucture / front clam air bag, seat belt tensioners etc. During the rebuild I also replaced the Brake Discs and Pads. Car has been checked for alignment and all ok. I need to get the car to vauxhall to get the Air bags and tensioners re connected, and the instrument cluster light re set, not done myself in case the lot fires again! Now heres the problem, after a couple of miles the rear brakes start to bind, it seems as if the hand brake auto adjusters are causing the problem but not sure. Backing off the adjusters does the trick but not for long. is it possible the "computer" needs re setting or an ABS problem? Any advice would be much appreciated.
