VX220 NA oil

Hello fellow VX220.org refugee's.

Can anyone tell me what type of oil is best for the NA? I have just realised I am below minimum

I use Mobil Super S 10W-40. The same as they use at Vauxhall, I believe?

Check Castrols website they list all cars and the oil recommended for them by the manufactor, I use it at work all the time.
