Signum 3.,2 V6 price?

Do you think £4,000 is fair price for 2004 Signum 3.2 V6 (done 70k), my dad is selling his and wondered if this is too cheap ?

It's not far off I'm afraid, tbh not many people want the big V6 petrol these days.
