Google seems to indicate that 15" is standard size. Also states some are 4 and others 5 stud. Also need to be 7" wide.

anything up to a 18 will fit on along as you keep the offset as close to 49 as possible. 17s will go on with no rubbing is the offset is greater than 40

My mams SXI has standard 16" VX alloys with standard suspension.
I assume they are the biggest standard Corsa wheels from Vx but aftermarket 17's should go on without too much suspension mod.

As aboce you can fit 17" to 19" inch wheels at anything past ET42

17" can go as low as ET35 without rubbing and not lowered

The higher size wheel you go, the higher the ET (Upto 49) you need to go to be safe without rubbing really.

But on a Corsa C I would stick to 17's they look nice, lower priced rubber and suit the car better IMO.
