How much can it take tourque? I mean there must be a reason to limit tourque on 2500 -> 3xxx revs

That was done for emissions.

Officially its an F23 gearbox so 230 lbs ft of torque.

My mate has an Astra 888 that is running over 300 lb ft through and is having no probs at all tho.
