Engine Mounts!!

My VX 220 Turbo, Its making a grinding/knocking noise at about 4000 to 4500 rpm in first gear only!! after the noise its ok and it doesn't happen in any other gears.

Only done 10,000 miles

Took it to the dealer as its still under warranty, they told me its the engine mounts. Has anyone had this expierience before and if so i'd like here about it.
