Anyone remember a silver VX accident near Aylesbury, Bucks?

I just stuffed my Elise on a road near Whitchurch, close to Aylesbury. Turns out that a silver VX crashed at exactly the same spot probably just before Xmas. I've got the wing mirror to show where...

My accident was due to the condition of the road launching my car causing me to lose control, and I suspect the same has happened to the silver VX. I was wondering if it's anyone here, maybe we can lobby the council to do something about it, and perhaps even get a claim against them..

If anyone knows who this was, I'd be grateful for a pointer.
