Help! 2018 VX Astra TDi 1.6 not starting

After spending a lot of money on towing and diagnostics unfortunately no garage, even approved VX repair, has been able to find the problem with why my car won't start. At a total loss so asking here to see if anyone has heard of something similar?
Bit of background, a few weeks after Insure the Box fitted the black box (the installation of which I was not able to see) all of a sudden the car wouldn't start. It ticked over but wouldn't roar into life.
Called the AA and they confirmed not a battery problem, suspected might be a faulty fuel pump.
Towed it to another garage, they did diagnostics and suggested we leave it for 3-4 weeks for the diesel guy to look at when he is available.
Not having the patience we got it towed it to the approved local Vauxhall repair place WJ King who performed basic and extended diagnostics and troubleshooting but still could not find any problem!!!!!
Anyone seen anything like this? Any tips at all?
