Zafira gsi starting problem

hi all I have a zafira gsi took it out a couple of days ago running fine came back to house now won't start I have changed throttle body,coil pack,injectors,fuel raili have tried easy start to i have grate spark fuel pressure at fuel rail only when cranking over but she just will not start she is trying to she cranks to about 200rpm and goes to 500rpm thats it any HELP much appreciated thanks😭😭
