From where did it come?

Guys Hope you can help me, I recently bought a GM Camaro which came with a spare set of 17"x 8J Vauxhall alloys which have the correct PCD for the Camaro, sadly one has been badly Kerbed though the wheel/tyre does not leak any air, so is usable at a pinch.
I'd like to buy another similar wheel and keep the damaged one as a spare. I've trawled through the likely places to buy one Fleabay/PH/Gumtree etc. but can't find any similar wheels for sale.
With the Vauxhall centre caps these must have come as standard on a Vauxhall - but which one?? Can anyone ID the wheel, and from what Vauxhall vehicle did it originate??
Although they are Vauxhall originals they look excellent when fitted to the Camaro

I may have misunderstood, but those aren’t Vauxhall centre caps in the images. They are Holden badges
