How expensive has the Vectra B become?

I've always adored the Vec b. Favourite car in the BTCC, always wanted one as a kid.
Bought a spares/repair with blown head gasket about 7 years ago off ebay for 300 quid. First ever time i've worked on a car and got it working. Was well impressed. It had some other little issues and i ended up scrapping it (gutted).
Got the bug for it again, and have a garage with nothing inside.
Went to try and find one, and even s
t ones are coming in at £1200. I know they're getting rare, but im really suprised!
