2010 zafira auto

i have a 2010 zafira elite and at random points when im driving the stereo will turn off and the auto lights turn on then the lights turn off and the stereo comes back on even if i turn the lights on at night when its dark the stereo turns off and the lights turn off for a second or two then the both come back on again any help would be grateful
