Vauxhall astra 1.7cdti intermittent non start

I'm having an issue with starting my astra 80%ish of the time

When I put my key in and turn there is no noise or turning over from the engine at all, however turning it off and on multiple times (sometimes 2-3 times, others 20+) it will start up like normal. I have noticed that when It won't start the EML light (car with a spanner) will be on but when it starts normally that light is off.

The battery, starter motor, relay and ignition switch have all be replaced but the issue still persists

I have tried doing the pedal test however it doesn't always work, the only code I've managed to grab from that is something relating to a fan (unsure if it's related but the pedal test won't bring up the codes again)

Astra H 06 with 108k on the clock

Have you got another key to try? If so try that as a starting point.
