I've had my 2.0 CDTI remapped about 2 months ago. Since this has happened I have had quite a few issues with the ECU appearing to be playing up.

The first was DPF regen. I'd done a 120 mile trip around 4 days before and the regen light/message came on. I took it for a long run and it cleared it. about three days later the regen message came on again which I thought was unusual (Although I understand that the message can go off before it has fully regenerated so I know that's a possibility)
It was also telling me a service was due (even though it had been serviced under 2k miles before - again I know this could be down to the garage not resetting the service message but seemed unusual)

The second issue I was driving on the motorway and to be fair I was giving it some. I got a message that the car was allegedly overheating - told me to pull over and turn the engine off. The temp gauge was in the red. I gave it 45 minutes and turned the ignition on - still in the red. I gave it an another hour and the engine was cold but the gauge was still in the red and the car was adamant it was overheating (engine also behaved strange when idling).
RAC guy came out - reset the ECU, problem solved. car started up, drove and idled like normal.

The third issue/s I had this morning. I got in the car, started the car up. turned the key, It fired up - cut out and then re-started itself again. its never done this and usually starts first time and stays running.
I then had the tyre pressure sensors/warning light coming on when the tyres have only been around 2 Psi down from the manufacturers standard, not sure if this is normal - but it then turned off when I got in the car at the end of the day (despite not touching the tyre pressure at all) but has now been replaced with the engine management light for no apparent reason

Im guessing there is a problem with the ECU - but is this likely to be from the remap or coincidence?
Thank you.
