Corsa C airbag replacement?

So I was involved in a small collision in my 2004 Corsa Design 12V 1.0.

Only damage to the car is minor damage to the front bumper. No damage to sub frame, chassis, wheel alignment.

However my airbags have deployed (only driver and passenger side) and the insurance company want to write it off if I don't get them fixed.

I'm wondering what it takes to fully replace the 2 airbags. Do I need a new crash sensor, does the car need to be re-coded? I feel like it's not as easy as just replacing the 2 airbags.
