Vauxhall Astra exclusiv 2010 - wont start

Hi Guys,

i have a problem, my astra wont start up. we have charged the battery and had it on jump leads. when we take a charge reading from the battery it reads 12volts which is needed.

all the lights come on the dash when turn the key twice, but when put the clutch down to fire the car up, everything goes from the dash,

can anyone shed some light? helpppp!
