Open & start won't deactivate and nothing from key fobs

I have a 2006 Vauxhall Astra 1.9 cdti Sri with full xp pack and keyless entry how can I reset the open and start as the car is fully mobilised so I can't lock or unlock the car with the keyless fobs is there any one that can help! With this problem.
