RetroFitting electric seats

Anybody know how easy (or hard) it is to install fully electric seats in a vx signum that currently has manual controls?
Is the electrical harness the same with wires in same position... i.e. If I bought with connector then snipped mine off to wire current connections up to it plus new positive supplies
