Vauxhall Astra ESP + Traction + lurching after tyre change
Discussion
I've just had two tyres changed on my wifes Astra, one was just worn and the other had a screw in it.
It was swapped over and they moved the rear wheel to the front left so both front tyres were new and the rears were the old ones (albeit still plenty of tread) I believe all wheels are the same size.
On the way home the car lurches/chugs in second gear at about 30mph, the traction control light came on and it kept flashing up an engine management light and "Service ESP"
It's too coincidental for this not to be due to the tyre change. Any ideas what might be the issue here? I'll be taking it back in tomorrow morning but trying to get some idea of possible causes before hand. The place had already shut before we drove home so I couldn't speak to them today.
