Sorry if this is in the wrong section, however I though VX would be appropriate.

Anyway had to have some new brakes.

I thought it would be best to send the images as you guys will know better than me.

Cheers.

Probably yes.

Standard discs about £65 but can be had even cheaper.
Pads, well anything from about £30 for standard. Then you can go up to £200 but I would expect top notch track appropriate pads for £118

Hi I registered on the site and they said it was just for the 220?

Yes, sorry. You didn't refer to the model of your car and we tend to refer to VX220 as 'VX'. It's not an abbreviation that I would used on a bog standard Vauxhall.

In answer to your opening question, yes, massively. Then again you should have expected to be going to kick fit, that's pretty much their business model.

Look on car parts 4 less for how much things should cost

8mm left on the front pads so not even half worn and massively over priced parts. Yes looks like they done you I'm afraid.
Remember they were on Watchdog a few year's ago pulling similar tricks. Obviously not changed there ways.

Just had a quick look at Euro car parts and Front pads are £26 and discs £16 each. Even if what they charged including fitting it was still way over priced.
