Anybody with Vauxhall Tech2 software in Aberdeen/Tayside???

After several fruitless visits to 3 Vauxhall dealers who seem to know even less about the products they service than I do, does anybody have access to the Vauxhall Tech2 software? I need the Cruise Control enabled on my Omega but the local Vauxhall garages can't seem to find their arse from their elbow and keep telling me they would need to rewire the car to install cruise. I already have the correct stalk installed, I just need 10 mins of a mechanics time to flash the ECU so it know's the cruise is enabled and it'll work!

Beer tokens available for anybody that can help, got a trip to Birmingham this weekend and would make the drive a lot more pleasant!
