Redtop ITB MBE 970 unable to idle

Hello

I have a 2.0 redtop fitted with ITB and mbe a 970 chip. The cams have been re profiled.
I have fitted a wide band AEM to help me set up and keep an eye on things.

From searching on here I can see the first mistake I have made is I have yet to balance the Itb, just bolting them on is half a job!
I have ordered a balance tool to set them up.

What/ how is adjustment to each Tb made? Looks like there is an Allen key grub screw with a lock nut in front of the injector and from inside I can see a small hole either side of the throttle butterfly. is this the adjustment to balance them?

What draw should I try to achive?

I have seen from another tread for mbe fitted to other engines should see 5-6 is this the same for this engine?

Currently it starts but idles Cira 2k fuel gain set (50 standard won't start) to 74, any higher and it starts to rev.

The AEM a/f gauge reads 14.8/15.4 fluctuating.

I'm looking to get it to a rolling road centre for a set up but would really like to get it drive able first (saves their time & cost)
