Hi guys, its summer soon so I decided on regassing my astra 1.6 2006 plate AC. However I soon wasted £24 to be told I need a new compressor which would cost £400-£500. I have attached the readings, any ideas on what to do guys? Please let me know

Thanks

Well I guess it's a pretty straightforward toss-up between no air con or paying £400-500. What answer were you expecting?

It wasn't meant nastily. It's just, well, a bit clear cut is it not?

Perhaps another option is a second opinion but either way, something seems to need repairing/replacing or not.

I posted on here for some advice, as in what do you think it is etc

Really...?

OK, well I'd suspect the compressor's fked and needs replacing. Maybe £400-500 at a guess.

When i want a sarcastic comment mate ill ask for it. When i know the price and the issue i was told i posted on here to make sure that was the problem and/or not nothing else. I dont need my own comments retyped to me. Hence why the comment 'any advice please'.

Thank you
