Corsa C Dipped Lights

Hi There,

I was wondering if anyone could provide me with some guidance, the dipped lights on our 55 Plate 1.2SXI are really shocking/ verging on un-usable. I have replaced the bulbs with new ones but they are still terrible. The headlights are perfect no problems there so this would surely rule out charging issues etc? Any advice would be appreciated as they are awful awful awful...
