remapped vectra c 150cdti

Have got a vectra c 150 cdti and it was remapped a couple of years ago never had any issues until last week. Have scoured the forums but can't find anything. Problem is driving along at 70 the car bucked and a big cloud of black smoke covered the entire dual caridgeway, since then it feels a little down on power, not much...any ideas where to start

MAF Sensor, MAP Sensor or EGR Valve might need a clean out. Another issue is that the wiring to the 3rd injector can corrode and short out, leaving you significantly down on power and it often puts the car into limp-home mode. It's a cheap fix, but might be simplest to get it plugged into a diagnostic machine before messing around with any other parts.

It would also be worth having a look at the swirl flap mechanism. Sometimes the actuating bar falls off and the swirl flaps can just flap around at random. The bad news is that the only fix involves a new inlet manifold.
