Corsa 1.2 sxi coil pack?

My other halves corsa (2002 1.2 sxi) developed a misfire the other day. Emissions light was lit up on the dash, limped it a few miles home. Borrowed a friends diagnostic kit which said misfire on cylinder 3. So I thought it's the plugs or the coil pack.

Today I replaced the plugs. Now the car won't start at all - starter motor turns but there appears to be no spark. I know it's possible that the fault was with the coil pack all along, but it is possible that by disturbing it when changing the plugs, it's died completely? As before it was running (badly), now it's not running at all.
