Vectra C 1.8 z18xe none start

Started messing around with the relays to get the washer pump working. Washer pump now works but car won't start. Turns over fine when I close the contacts on the starter relay. Can just hear a click under the dash when turning the key. Any one any ideas? Should have wiring diagrams tomorrow.
