Corsa VXR cheap lease deals

One for you VX lot
A few companies seem to be offering these at less than £180 p/m on 3+23 terms, a bargain considering my Civic Type-R was over £200 p/m a few years back before everything became expensive/overpriced.
I'd post a link to a website belonging to a slightly eccentric Chinese woman who I've used before but might regret it so here's a site that's easier on the eyes

We saw this after talking to a fellow PHer about leasing. It almost rude not to. Having never leased before we are just a bit unsure. Dont want to get ripped off when we hand it back and also would like a white or red one with black wheels and not sure if you can spec like that or not?
I've signed up for this deal but also had to pay a £180 'document fee' to the finance company. Did the 15,000 miles a year for £203 pm and 4.5p excess mileage charge.
Only options offered to me were colour choice: Silver/black/blue which are metallic colours so assume help resale.
Car is the facelift model on 17s. Very few pics of facelift models around but worth a gander on autotrader.
I went for the black to disguise the body kit as much as poss, but maybe silver suits the 17s more.
Silver is also best for disguising scratches, marks etc when you hand the car back. I'm going to get a company to apply some long lasting paint and alloy protection.
Only other downside I can think of based on previous leasing is that they only appear to collect during week days which is a hassle if you have a mon-fri job.
Think it's been a highly successful offer and I'm wondering why Vauxhall don't publish it directly and how are they able to make any money out of it?
