Turbo trouble , 05 1.7 Astra

Looks as if I need a new turbo for my cdti astra 100 . It's always been a bit of a whistler but really loud on the way to work today .
The long screwdriver to the ear placed onto turbo gives a loud whistle so I don't think it's a hose or anything simple . Any ideas of costs involved ? Just what I need this time of year
