VXR8 Insurance costs

Hi.
Curently looking at buying a vxr8, but have had two insurance quotes just under £800, which is alot more than what i was expecting.
For someone who has full no claims and can insure my TVR for less than £400 i think thats a bit excessive.
Can anyone recommend any good/reasonable insurance companies out there for these cars?
