Hi I have a 2001 vx 220 which has a problem with the triangular trim on the drivers door, near to the drivers shoulder, this is held on by 3 clips that fix into the trim and the door ,and a screw, the clips have stripped and the pad is not held on at present,my Vauxhall dealer says that they cannot be supplied on their own but I have to buy the whole trim at a cost of £250.
Can anyone suggest either an alternative supplier or a fixing method. Many thanks.

Velcro!

I've removed my door cards today so I know exactly what you are talking about. Though I think the dealer is speaking ste as the vx220.org suggests the clips can be bought for 30p each from Vauxhall

Edit: Turns out velcro maybe wont work http://www.vx220.org.uk/forums/index.php?/topic/10...

Thanks for your help, got some from Grimshaws in Prestwich Manchester, once I had got the catalogue number of the VX website, and after they had tried to supply me a new trim at a cost of £250!! as they could not find the number at all.
