Zafira 1.8 elec troubles

Car: zafira 1.8 petrol auto 2000 model.
Hope some one may be able to point in a direction here.
Came back from hols to find my car dead, battery flat started it via starter pack. Ran ok for 200 yards then dead and no power stearing. Alternator was at fault replaced then started ok but lost all turn signals on right hand side. Swapped relays over no difference, lost power to radio and lost all the little lights on the auto geabox selector panel. Check fuses all look ok.
When driving the gearbox does not respond well doesnt kick down and very slow to change gear/accelerate.
Any ideas would be appriciated as its the daily family wagon, getting a mobile auto elec coming to look tom but any ideas from here would be appriciated.
