Seat adjustment cable on Vectra Sri

Hey guys, both the drivers and passengers seat adjustment cables have broken meaning I can't move back or forward using the lever. Does anyone know where I can get one and how much of a pain they are to fit, knowing my luck a huge pain!

Need to get that and a front shocker before MOT and selling it!
