Modifying my VXR

Hi all,
Am about to start on a journey of modifying my Astra VXR, so far got it booked in for a remap on the engine and having all the pipework changed to silicon ones in blue (to match the colour of the car). After that I plan or tweaking the engine (looking for suggestions on what is good and what to keep away from).

Suspension is going to get beefed up as well as brakes, like to think I can stop as fast as I can go, and for a little bit of show going to go for some blue under lighting (I know not to everyones taste).

So anyone got any suggestions fire away.

I'm sure there are loads who can be a bit more specific about the tuning but i was speaking to my pal the other night who has a lovely example and has spent a few quid on.

Basically he has had a dreamscience remap, Fitted a full Remus system and had a ARB fitted.
Its sounds awesome and pops and bangs like a good 'un and he swears by having the ARB fitted and for relatively low cost transforms the handling. I think his is pushing around 280ish and feels a lot stronger than the standard car.

Hello mate, this is my first time posting on this site, i am also a member of another vxr forum and absolutely love all things VXR. I have a flame red 55 plate VXR and have done minor modding myself but hoping to go more serious soon. The two bests mods i have done so far is fit an RARB and had DAP-R lowering springs fitted, and for a grand total of £200 its transformed the way the car handles, its so much better so if i was you i would advice both those mods.
I wish i had more money to do some more serious mods however me and the missus are saving up for a house so i have to mod on the sly when she doesn't realise lol.
