with working for vauxhall i have the great pleasure of test driving this lovely astra gtc while my impreza cosworth was getting a new front end fitting due to buying it smashed up lol, i enjoyed my 2weeks i had driving the car, it was the 1.6t 16v sri 180bhp model i drove and it blown me away, the handling to power its amense, its feels light but its very meaty, i was told from work that this is a little taster of the new vxr which makes me wonder how better could it get really? must be better because the they wouldnt make it would they lol, i would buy one it but knowing the vxr is coming out i would just buy that, but if your insurance doesnt like you then i would stick to the gtc because you can still have fun for less but for near £21500 its far from cheap but its alot for the money and for anyone got a gtc or getting one all i have to say is ENJOY!
