Astra 55 1.7 CDTI funny noise

Hi all

im not really sure how to explain this but my car makes a funny noise when going over small bumps or sometimes just driving, and it only seems to be when the weather is warm

its like a rubber rubbing on metal noise like a squeek...

i can also jump on the car and make it shake the suspension and theres no sound

any suggestions would be awesome
