Value of a Vectra GSI 3.2 2005 ?

Just asking on behalf of a friend who has been made redundant unexpectedly and needs to sell his 3.2 Vectra GSI on a 2005 plate.
It has around 60k miles and full history and is hpi clear. It is black with black leather.
There is a small scrape on the rear wheel arch which done was whilst the car was parked.
Mot is until august but it can be renewed with no problem.
This is all I know and please remember it is not my car and I just want to advise my mate as he wants a quick sale so no offers or anything.

A local dealer (with a superb reputation) currently has an 05 model with 50k, FVSH and looks to be immaculate... granted a terrible colour... for £3995. A mate also has a similar car for sale aside for higher miles at 80k and less tidy for £2500.
Not actually worth significant cash these days, fuel bills, tax and a lack or badge prestige hasn't helped.
