Zafira front bumper rubber lip

Hi. Hope someone can help. Recently purchased 59 plate zafira 1.9cdti from a car supermarket. Just noticed masking tape holding the rubber lip in place. Suffice to say it's falling off and needs replacing. What is this part officially called as I can't find the proper name anywhere. If I'd noticed straight away I would have gone back to showroom but too late 3 months later. Thanks.
