BTaP questions - hair and booze related.

I've just returned from a trip to the venue to sort out the final details before the big night. The team there seems to have a better handle on things than other venues (which is nice) and have come up with some great ideas to make the night better, also I am told that there are 13 rooms available for 'Saturday only' occupancy and others can be made available when they sell out.
Anyway, I have a few questions to ask you.....
1. Do any of the ladies want their hair doing at the venue? I can arrange a hairdresser if demand is there.
2. The hotel doesn't stock Smirnoff Ice as a house drink, and are ordering some in just for us. Today they asked me how many bottles we require. Damned if I know, any ideas?

They should be able to get it on Sale or Return, so tell them to pick a number, double it.... double it again, then order a few extra.LordGrover said:

10 each!We need to see how many are consumed in a night at DDs, triple that figure (as not many are there), then x that by the number of extra hours we'll be at BTaP and if you then double that - the bar might have enough!
